Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with WTF Combat Apparel. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Made-to-Order Gis

All WTF Combat Apparel Gis are made to order. This means every Gi is produced specifically for your order and is therefore treated as a pre-order item.

Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for your Gi to be manufactured and dispatched. While we always aim to meet these estimated timeframes, production times may occasionally vary due to manufacturing schedules, quality control or shipping delays.

If your order contains both a made-to-order Gi and in-stock items, your order may be dispatched together once your Gi is ready unless otherwise agreed.

Order Processing

- In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

- Backordered items are expected to be dispatched within 2–4 weeks. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During product launches, promotions and busy periods, processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within the UK

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery service selected.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

- Delivery times provided by the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to many destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier services and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly before placing an order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the destination country, these charges may become payable after your order has been placed. Where applicable, WTF Combat Apparel will contact you with the relevant information, including any invoices or payment instructions provided by the courier or customs authority.

Orders requiring customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees cannot be released by customs or delivered until these charges have been paid.

If customs duties, import taxes or other associated fees are refused or remain unpaid:

- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

- Any customs charges, return shipping costs or carrier fees incurred by WTF Combat Apparel will be deducted from any eligible refund.

- If you wish to have the parcel resent after it has been returned to us, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs and any associated customs or import charges.

If the parcel is destroyed, abandoned or not returned to us by customs or the courier due to unpaid charges, we are unable to provide a refund.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees that may be applied by your destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

WTF Combat Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we will always do our best to assist, once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

WTF Combat Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, adverse weather, courier disruptions, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue.

 

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
