Welcome to WTF Combat Apparel (We The Fighters). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
This website is operated by WTF Combat Apparel (We The Fighters). Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to WTF Combat Apparel.
2. Products & Orders
- All products are subject to availability.
- Many of our products are made to order, meaning production begins once your order has been placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, which occurs when your order has been dispatched.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, international bank charges or payment provider fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Made-to-order Gis are manufactured specifically for each customer and are treated as pre-order items. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and dispatch.
- Backordered items are expected to be dispatched within 2–4 weeks.
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
- Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
 - United Kingdom: 1–4 working days
 - International: 3–10 working days (excluding customs processing)
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance.
- Courier or postal service delays.
- Adverse weather.
- Industrial action.
- Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Where applicable, WTF Combat Apparel will provide customers with any invoices or payment instructions supplied by the courier or customs authority.
Orders cannot be released by customs or delivered until all applicable customs charges have been paid.
If customs charges are refused or remain unpaid:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any return shipping charges, customs fees or carrier charges incurred by WTF Combat Apparel will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- If you wish to have the parcel resent, you will be responsible for all additional shipping and customs costs.
- If the parcel is destroyed, abandoned or not returned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued.

In summary:
- Personalised, customised and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
- Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We are not liable for shrinkage, fading, accidental damage or normal wear caused by incorrect washing, drying, storage or misuse of our products.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on our website under Important Information. Failure to follow these instructions may affect eligibility for a return or refund.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.
8. Sizing Disclaimer
Sizing guides are provided to assist customers.
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing choices. If you are unsure which size is most suitable, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, artwork, branding and written content, is the intellectual property of WTF Combat Apparel (We The Fighters).
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
10. Promotions & Discounts
- Discount codes must be entered during checkout.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
11. User Conduct
By using this website you agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTF Combat Apparel shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays outside our reasonable control.
- Courier delays after dispatch.
- Loss or damage occurring after an order has been confirmed as delivered.
- Customs delays or charges imposed by destination countries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

We use trusted third-party providers for services including:

- Shipping and delivery.

We are not responsible for failures or issues arising directly from these third-party services.
14. Force Majeure
WTF Combat Apparel shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, supplier delays, transport disruption, customs delays, cyber attacks or government restrictions.
15. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate.
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing processes, slight variations in colour, print placement or appearance may occur and shall not be considered a fault.
16. Content & Media Use
By tagging WTF Combat Apparel, submitting photographs or videos, or participating in events sponsored or organised by us, you grant WTF Combat Apparel permission to use your image, likeness and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
